Relax
- Relaxing Swedish massage for areas of specific muscle tension and stress.Can be light, medium or firm touch.
Re-energise
- A deep massage combining sports and deep tissue massage with trigger point release and myofascial release.
Indigo Attunement Massage
- Indigo Spring Signature Massage which rebalances and connects the body’s systems together. Combining holistic massage, trigger point release, lymphatic drainage and quantum healing this treatment has been created by Indigo Spring which now provides accredited international training in this modality.
Reconnect
- A gentle treatment combining massage and talking therapy.Uses NLP, CBT and massage techniques to reconnect and work through stuck feelings.
Head or Foot Massage
- Relax and invigorate the head face and neck. Relieve headaches and tension to restore calm. Alternatively, experience a specialist foot massage using massage, acupressure and lymphatic drainage, this treatment will leave you walking on air.
Lymphatic Drainage Massage
- A gentle treatment which encourages the drainage of fluid (lymph) and Lymph nodes. It is suitable for people with cancer, odema, pre and post operative, and other problems with swelling.
Couples Massage
- Enjoy the experience of being massaged side by side with your partner or friend at our luxury studio. Each guest receives one hour of Swedish massage with their own therapist, pricing shown above is per person.
Advanced Pregnancy Massage
- Gentle pregnancy massage relieves lumbar back pain, pelvic girdle pain and hip flexors. Includes back, neck shoulders and feet and is suitable from 12 weeks pregnant.
